Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Salescribe AI:

• Account information: Email address and authentication credentials (via Supabase Auth).
• Generated messages: The text you generate using the Service, stored for your message history and rating purposes.
• Usage data: Number of messages generated per day, feature usage, and platform (LinkedIn or Gmail).
• Feedback: Any feedback or ratings you voluntarily submit.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store: browsing history, emails in your inbox, LinkedIn messages (other than what you explicitly input), passwords, payment card details (processed by our payment provider), or personal contacts.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To track usage limits for free tier users
• To display your message history within the extension
• To send service-related communications (e.g., subscription changes, policy updates)

AI Training

We do not use your generated messages or personal data to train AI models. Your content is used only to deliver the Service to you.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase - Authentication, database, and edge function hosting
• Anthropic (Claude) - AI message generation (your inputs are processed but not stored by Anthropic for training)
• Paystack - Payment processing (we do not see or store your payment details)
• Google Chrome Storage - Local storage of your session token

Google API Usage

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated messages for as long as your account is active. You may delete your messages at any time. Account deletion requests can be sent to muizabdul73@gmail.com and will be processed within 30 days.

Data Security

We take data protection seriously. Security measures include:

• Encryption in transit: All data sent between the extension and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS.
• Encryption at rest: Data stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) is encrypted at rest.
• Supabase Row Level Security: Users can only access their own data. Database queries are scoped per user via RLS policies enforced at the database level.
• Edge Functions: Server-side logic runs in Deno via Supabase Edge Functions — database credentials are never exposed to the browser.
• Minimal data collection: We only collect what is necessary to provide the service. Payment card details never touch our servers — they go directly to Paystack.
• No AI training on your data: Anthropic (Claude) processes your inputs only to generate drafts. They do not retain or train on your content.

No online service is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we follow industry best practices for a product of our size.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict processing, or export your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at muizabdul73@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

EEA Consumer Information

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by purchasing a subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate access to the digital Service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully provided to you.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the extension.
