We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if SalesScribe AI does not meet your expectations. No questions asked.
To request a refund, send an email to muizabdul73@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign up. Include your name and a brief note that you would like a refund. We process all refund requests within 5–7 business days, and the amount is returned to your original payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will still have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period — you will not lose access immediately. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period, unless your request falls within the 14-day guarantee above.
Every new user gets a 7-day free trial of Pro features. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. The free trial is available once per person.
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we still review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse of this policy, such as repeated refund requests from the same account.
