By installing and using the SalesScribe AI Chrome extension (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SalesScribe AI is a Chrome extension that uses artificial intelligence to generate sales and professional messages for LinkedIn and Gmail. The Service generates draft text based on user-provided inputs including goal, tone, and word count.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service offers a free tier with limited daily usage (5 messages per day). Paid subscriptions provide unlimited usage. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by SalesScribe AI. You retain ownership of any messages you generate using the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate for your specific use case.
SalesScribe AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the extension. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
